Timeline
Phase 1

Install Monument at the original flying school's airfield and Monument Installation ceremony. 

Phase 2

Purchase and assemble genuine parts for a Standard J-1 dual-wing aeroplane.

Phase 3

Relocation and Restoration of the Flying School House. Planning to have Flying School Relocation/Restoration Ceremony and ground-breaking ceremony for the new museum.

Phase 4

In 2020, get basic plan for construction, and plan to finish in 2021

Phase 5

Construction of a mini-exhibition less than 300 square feet

Phase 6

Rebuild annexed buildings on the original flight school site

Phase 7

Original school building restoration ceremony at the Willows-Glenn Airport
